1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all original packaging, certificates, and tags.
  • Customized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please Note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged item).

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order separately.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oceaninvestmentsl.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged/incorrect item

We will prioritize resolving the issue promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized gemstones and jewelry
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards
